It has been awhile since Harvey or I have provided an update of our activities. Craig has been busy hauling hay. With the help of his brother, Kevin, and neighbor Justin, Craig finished putting the last hay in the barn on Oct 1. It is always a big relief to have the winter’s supply of hay in the barn, especially this year as Craig had to make several phone calls to locate hay. It seems as though the supply of hay is short this year. There is a little over 60 tons in the barn, a combination of grass and alfalfa hay.
Harvey can out run me now. I am getting close to having puppies. I should be having them in the next 2-4 days. I will have Craig upload some pictures as soon as they are born.
The traveling herd is out on a neighbors pasture. Craig is waiting to hear back from a client to see if there will be one more trip to Western WA to finish the year.
